“I have voted “Yes”, but I am astonished that the snapshot in our polling station is changed like that.”

ARF member  considers the recounting at the 4/32 polling station senseless because on the day of the referendum, being the ARF party’s proxy, he has already registered the theft of “No” votes. “I have seen with my own eyes what has happened. There were very rude violations in our polling station. The overall result was changed, 521 “yes” and 123 “no” was recorded, while the “no” was fifty percent more in our polling station than the “yes” votes. Someone else decided the results of our polling station. Two people protested the count when it was discovered that the ballots are changed, even protocols were written down. Yesterday I learned that they have gone to the recount, I do not know why they have gone, because when the ballots were changed, even if you count a thousand times, they are changed. What is the difference if you count once or ten times? I could not understand how the process of changing happened. The ballots were changed in such an organized manner that I have no doubt that they would even have different scenarios ready that if this scenario fails, they will put the other scenario into operation because they changed so professionally that no one understood how they did it,” said the ARF party’s proxy.

He was reluctant to comment on the ARF member Aghvan Vardanyan’s assertion that such cases of individual frauds cannot affect the overall results. To our observation that the ARF cooperated with the authorities in every way to hold the referendum, the ARF member Ivan Ardhaljyan said, “I am in favor of the constitutional amendment, or else I would have voted “no”. As for the fact that the ARF cooperated with the authorities in every way, there was a voting, those who wanted, voted “yes” and those who did not want, voted “no”. If there are violations, let these perpetrators be held accountable for violations. I have voted “yes”, but I am astonished that the snapshot in our polling station is changed that much. I know one thing that 677 citizens did not vote in our polling stations or voted and their votes were changed.” ANC member Karen Tovmasyan was present at the recount of No. 4.32 polling station.

In the interview with us, he did not consider the recounting senseless, because, according to him, it revealed that the “yes” votes are nearly twenty times more than there are. “There are many such arithmetic errors and the Chairman of the Committee could not answer the reasons of those inaccuracies. We had information that there was a stuffing and the votes have changed. In the course of studying the ballots, we noticed that a bunch of “yes” ballots were signed exactly in the same way, in other words, as if they were passed under the same device, “no” votes were stamped in a completely different way. We compared the stamps, they were in compliance with the stamps that should be in that polling station, and we were unable to prove that they were brought in from elsewhere.” Karen Tovmasyan has doubts that the committee members have changed the “no” ballots with their prepared “yes” ballots right in the polling station, have stamped in the place and filled in. “They have worked very delicately, if you are not careful, you will not notice these stamps.”
