The former head of the Armenian delegation to PACE, Hovhannes Igityan, in an interview with “Aravot”, stated that the anti-Armenian reports are included in the draft agenda of the PACE winter session, hence, there are various ways of postponing the discussion of the issue and not to include it into the agenda. Hovhannes Igityan recalls such precedents, “There have been many issues that were postponed. The substantiations of the Commission, rapporteur’s viewpoint and the political parties have a great role here. Unlike the National Assembly of Armenia where the agenda vote is purely formal, people over there are voting and if you initially work properly, they will understand what you mean and possibly the result will turn out.”
