“Frankly speaking, I advise you not to take serious and not to treat to any statement of the number one lobbyist for Azerbaijan in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Pedro Agramunt”, in the interview with Aravot.am said the leader of PAP and the member of Armenian delegation to PACE Naira Zohrabyan commenting on the statement of PACE president Pedro Agramunt.
In her words Azerbaijan’s first announcement of unilateral ceasefire is directly a deception and a disinformation. Secondly Pedro Agramunt as a concerned European, straightly after being elected as the PACE president run to Azerbaijan, what caused serious problems to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe: “During the meeting with his dear friend Aliyev he had all possibilities as a PACE president to urge “golden” sponsor Aliyev to refrain from military operations, use of heavy weapons, making bellicose statements”.
She considered all the statements of the PACE president as hypocrisy: “Moreover in my opinion in April cession PACE should discuss the expediency of the subject to remain the PACE president taking into consideration that he works only for the interests of one county: Azerbaijan. That violates the PACE regulations that the PACE president should be impartial and neutral person. And I would like to advise the media one more time never to refer the statements of that Spanish miscreant”.
