On July 9, 2018, the State Revenue Committee Investigation Department received the preliminary results of the investigation of “Spayka” LLC on the company’s violations and false tax liabilities during the period of 2015-2018.
Factual data have been obtained that from January 1, 2015 to April 30, 2018, “Spayka” LLC exported 61.084.701 kilograms of tomatoes from Armenia mainly to Russia, for 18,671,808,672 drams.
As a result of submitting false bills of entry, a turnover of at least 10,226,412,296 drams less has been reported in the profit tax calculation for 2015-2017, as a result of which the company calculated less profit tax rate and did not pay a total amount of 2,045,282,459 drams to the state budget.
On July 13, 2018 a criminal case was instituted in the Investigation Department of the State Revenue Committee in compliance with Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
