There is a widespread decline in the ratings of state institutions and politicians in Armenia

December 13,2021 17:05

Aram Navasardyan, director and full member of the MPG LLC in Armenia, presented the results of their traditional research to the media on December 9. The last publication was in 2021 after the June 20 elections.

“Usually, after the elections, we refer to the government’s 100-day work assessment so that they can work and not say later that they have hindered us. The formation of the government took quite a long time. It was finally formed in mid-August. 100 days have passed and we have completed our inquiries. The methodology is the telephone survey, the sample size is 1001, the sample sampling error is + – 3%, and the survey implementation period is November 16, 2021 – November 27, 2021. The place of research is the Republic of Armenia, ” Aram Navasardyan said.

The issues were very topical and touched upon the qualities of the country’s political and economic governance and the social and psychological spheres of the population. 141 questions were asked to 1001 respondents.

Aram Navasardyan informed that for comparison they brought the results of four rounds of their research conducted in different years, from 2018 to 2021. The picture, to put it mildly, is not encouraging. In the eyes of the citizens in all the affected spheres, the situation in the country has deteriorated incomparably, and the rating of state institutions and high-ranking politicians has fallen, if not dropped sharply.
