Nikol Pashinyan, Armenia’s Prime Minister, tweeted that Armenia is still waiting for a reaction from Azerbaijan on opening checkpoints on the border.
“A draft decision of @armgov on opening of 3 checkpoints on the #Armenian-#Azerbaijani border to provide connection between eastern #Azerbaijan & #Nakhchivan is being formally circulated for several months. Government of #Armenia is waiting for positive reaction from Azerbaijan,” tweeted Pashinyan
