The Government initiated a regulation that until 2026, taking into consideration that during the coming two, three years the person’s functionality assessment system will be completely introduced and completed, the servicemen of Compensation Foundation beneficiaries with second group disability and will obtain third group disability as a result of medical-social re-examination, will continue receiving the premium being appointed by state, the pension, as well as the average amount of money by state: summarizing the work of the NA regular sittings during March 2 parliamentary briefings, the deputy of the Civil Contract Faction Heriknaz Tigranyan touched upon the bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on Compensation of Damages Caused to the Life or Health of the Servicemen during the RA Defense.”
Speaking about the draft law on Making Addenda to the law on Prevention Family Violence, on Protection of Persons Subjected to Family Violence and Recovery of Family Solidarity, she noted that in consonance with new technologies, it was set that electronic control should be carried out towards the person committing violence. The observation that the state spends additional finances, Heriknaz Tigranyan considered justified, as only in 2022, more than thousand alarms were received on family violence: therefore, that is the intolerant attitude of the state and society towards family violence.
The journalist asked the MP to comment the statement made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan a few days ago that Armenia and Azerbaijan passed into online diplomacy. The MP Lilit Minasyan noted that yesterday the RA Prime Minister answered at what phase is the process of the Peace Treaty. It was mentioned that the process has been in three phases: that process goes on also in online format. And the online ongoing process, according to the MP, quickens the final signing of the Peace Treaty.
The Official Yerevan often speaks that an international visible mechanism should be created, within the framework of which Stepanakert and Baku should enter into dialogue with each other: the journalist asked to comment what does ‘international visible mechanism’ expression mean. “The visible mechanism implies transparency of processes, due to which not only the people of Artsakh will be convinced that their security and rights are provided, but also the whole world and the Republic of Armenia,” Lilit Minasyan answered, adding that the format is still in the discussion stage.
