Hayk Mamijanyan continued: “While it is impossible to discuss the RA-Azerbaijan “peace treaty” logic by exchanging proposals. We have to conclude the main points and only then discuss the details with the new “online diplomacy.” Those mentioned above confirm that the negotiations’ main logic and architecture have already been built and violate Artsakh’s status and right to self-determination. According to our facts, it will lead to Artsakh being a part of Azerbaijan for the first time.
The Civil Contract faction deputy Lilit Minasyan also referred to Jeyhun Bayramov’s statement, referring to Nikol Pashinyan’s yesterday’s statement about the stages of the peace agreement. According to Lilit Minasyan, the process is paper and online. “What will the peace agreement give us?” We are all convinced that we need peace and nothing else.” The journalist’s comment that, according to Bayramov, “online diplomacy” is backward remained unanswered, as the right to question was transferred to the next journalist.
