It is proposed to turn from paper notifications to electronic notifications between the state bodies, the local government bodies, legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. It is designed that the electronic notifications will be implemented by the electronic management platform of the State Revenue Committee (SRC), with which already the SRC carries out electronic contacts with all legal persons and personal entrepreneurs are the users of that platform, have “Personal Office.” The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Ara Mkrtchyan said this.
On December 22, at the extraordinary session the parliament in the first reading debated and passed the draft law on Making Addendum to the law on Public and Personal Notification through Internet with the enclosed legislative package.
It is set by the package that all state bodies and the local government bodies will notify while implementing public functions in their administrations to the legal persons and individual entrepreneurs.
