Former RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook page:
“Detailed professional works in Azatamut, Kayan, Aygehovit, Berkaber, Sevkar, Tsaghkavan, Kirants, Acharkut, Voskepar, Baghanis bordering communities and Ijevan-Berd, Ijevan-Noyemberyan roads of Tavush Province, Armenia.
The facts prove that irreparable damage will be caused to the security of Armenia and its residents, and that the border determination process announced by the Government fundamentally contradicts the real delimitation concept.
