Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rosen Zhelyazkov, on the occasion of the national holiday, Liberation Day. The message reads:
“On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and on my behalf, I warmly congratulate the Republic of Bulgaria on the occasion of the national holiday, Liberation Day.
I am confident that under your leadership, friendly Bulgaria will continue its upward path and will have many achievements.
I am pleased to note that since Armenia’s independence, our bilateral interstate relations have been marked by the continuous development of sincere and effective cooperation based on mutual respect and trust.
