On 16 July, H.E. Varuzhan Nersesyan, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the United Kingdom, met with Ms. Odile Renaud-Basso, President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
During the meeting, Ambassador Nersesyan conveyed an invitation from the President of the Republic of Armenia to Ms. Renaud-Basso to participate in the 17th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17), to be held in Yerevan.
The interlocutors discussed the longstanding partnership between Armenia and the EBRD and explored prospects for expanding their engagement across priority areas. They also exchanged views on regional developments.
