Demirchian is asked for revolutionary solution.According to the inhabitants
of Martuni the number of emigration includes large scales in the Martuni region
of Gegharkunik province. The offices selling air tickets are much more than children
in the kindergartens. But people who came to meet the leader of People’s party
of Armenia, the head of "Justice" bloc Stepan Demirchian weren’t speaking
about social problems as usual but they were asking concretely when the revolution
would be realized. They were demanding: "You lead us, we are standing behind
you." But Stepan Demirchian didn’t say when he was going to lead the people
inspired by the revolution but he mentioned that the changes were unavoidable
and would be realized with the people by constitutional way. "We are ready
to go with you till the end, we only ask you to lead us to go in democratic way,"-
more educated inhabitants of Martuni were saying and asking at the same time:
"Let that constitutional way to be reviewed a little, how did the Kirghizians
succeed?" People who don’t have any hope about the changes realized by
the current authorities came to meet Demirchian. "People came wearing cloths
of the Soviet period, is this a life?"- desperate people said.The inhabitants
of Martuni pronounced unprintable expressions to the address of the member parties
of the coalition. It can be supposed that no mayor or governor produces the reality
during traditional meetings with the President. They only say numbers, only numbers.
This never shows the real condition of the people, which is too bad. The opinion
of the inhabitants of Martuni about the Parliament is the following; "This
Parliament is weak and isn’t able of anything".The questions addressed
to the head of "Justice" bloc had the same direction, what must we do,
we are ready. "We have been and are farsighted and principle, the constitutional
order must be restored in our country and we’ll achieve it. Nowadays the word
revolution is manipulated a lot, it isn’t serious to declare that it will be realized
today or tomorrow. We know what to do. And we’ll do what we must without speaking
too much,"- the PPA leader assured. "When you lead our struggle, we’ll
see that you kept your promise, when must it be realized?"-the villagers
kept asking. "Don’t worry we’ll chase everyone together,"- Stepan Demirchian
continues.The first secretary of the district committee of the Communistic
Party of Martuni Radik Haroutinunian announced yesterday: " Four shops of
coffins, 16 air ticket offices, 15 chemist’s shop have been opened in Matuni since
2003. This means that people are mechanically dying, every physician has his chemistry.
The single bathhouse was sold, there isn’t any bathhouse in Martuni, and the single
boiler house the citizen of Martuni sold to the Persians very cheaply. We must
stop this, there is anarchy in Martuni. Give examples from the Kirgiziana and
Georgians."The policemen also came to meet the leader of PPA who were
following people entering the hall. We were succeeded in finding out that the
mayor was rebuked by the ruling clique for giving the hall of culture chamber
