In
this way the Armenian communists mark the withdrawal of Russian military forces
and equipment from Georgia to Armenia. "When the CIC was formed all
peoples of the Soviet Union imagined that it would become a flow field for returning
to the Soviet period in the future,"- the Secretary of the Central Committee
of the Communistic party of Armenia Ruben Tovmasian expressed his standpoints
in the interview with "Aravot. This standpoint is too strong among the current
Communists that even now by comrade Tovmasian’s opinion "The CIC will not
be destroyed but will live reconstructing processes what color they are, the friendship
of peoples, the economical and political relations will assist the CIC reconstruction."
In comrade Tovmasian’s opinion the expectations that some countries will leave
the CIC are nonsense as the collaboration has so strong grounds, which will hardly
lead to the destruction. Even Vladimir Putin’s declaration that the CIC has been
formed for the USSR countries to be divided peacefully doesn’t disappoint the
communists. "That declaration met serious counterattacks that it mustn’t
turn the friendship among peoples to an expression which will lead to the separation
of the CIC countries,"- the leader of Communistic Party of Armenia Ruben
Tovmasian said in the interview with "Aravot". The communists explain
the withdrawal of Russian military forces from Georgia to Armenia as the pleasant
Russia attitudes towards Armenia. Answering to the declaration of the leader of
Free progressive party Hovhannes Hovhannisian against transferring Russian military
forces to Armenia the CPA bureau of central committee adopted an announcement
by which the representatives of separate political powers that were against the
withdrawal were condemned. Considering important the strengthening of the Armenian-Russia
relations the CPA bureau of Central community thinks that it is directed to the
strengthening of the interests of the Armenian people, preventing Armenia from
becoming a geopolitical sage. And sending the military equipment to Armenia will
assist the involvement into integration activities and economical power, provide
for security of the Armenian people. And to those who suffer by anti-Russian moods
and look for color revolutions the Central Committee of the Communistic Party
