The
deputy Grigor Haroutiunian thinks that they must go and say no.Yesterday
the session of "justice" bloc took place during of which it was decided
that the member of "Justice" group Felix Khachatrian would continue
presenting the "Justice" group in the CEC. All members took part
in the sitting of the bloc, the deputies of "Republic" party Aram Z.
Sargsian, Albert Bazeyan, Tatul Manaseian, Viktor Dallakian and Hrant Khachatrian.
Other members of the group voted for Felix Khachatrian. The leaders of Hnchak
and Socialistic parties also took part in the session. According to the secretary
of the People’s Party of Armenia the member of "Justice" Grigor Haroutiunian
the problem of the CEC member has been discussed later and "Republic"
has its positive attitudes towards Felix Khachatrian. Yesterday we tried to find
out why nobody took part in the session of the bloc the representative of "Republic"
party Suren Sureniants said that the had nothing against Felix Khachatrian that
their decision wasn’t personalized but we think that the principle political decisions
must be taken in the bloc and not in the group which is the part of illegal parliament.
Second we have expressed a principle position that the member of "Justice"
in the CEC must be appointed by package solution based on the political decision.
Certainly the decision of the group is legal, but it isn’t completely legitimate
politically because one of the core parties of the bloc didn’t take part in that
decision. But the member of People’s Party of Armenia Stepan Minasian’s opinion
is radically different: "The decision is completely legitimate and the decision
of the bloc has been affirmed politically, by law. At the same time we have been
ready and are ready to solve the problem of places in territorial commissions."The
progress sitting of "Justice" bloc will be held today where the issue
of Constitutional amendments will be discussed. To our question what the bloc
will discuss today and if they are going to take part in Constitutional discussions.
Grigor Haroutiunian answered: "My personal opinion is that the Justice"
bloc will take part in the discussions of the most important issues. We took part
in the discussions of sending military forces to Iraq, the issue of deposits.
I think the discussion of Constitutional amendments is such an important issue.
Irrespective of the thing if those changes will be acceptable or not, I think
we should take part in the sitting and profit by the occasion." But the bloc
member "Republic" country insists that they mustn’t have any relations
with these authorities and they must stop. "What does it mean not to have
relations with the authorities? If you participate in the NA sitting and say that
these authorities proved once more that they can’t be reformers and must be dismissed,
does it mean to collaborate? If I see that the principle problems aren’t solved
