NDP leader Shavarsh Kocharyan was very surprised yesterday that no correspondent from any TV company was present in his press conference. “ It is obvious that this cannot be accidental,- he said. Television is more controlled than press. I don’t understand this. But closing everything you may have the opposite influence”. Later Mr. Kocharyan made a useful conclusion from the absence of TV Companies and asked the journalists: “Since they don’t shoot, can I smoke?”
