Prime Minister, RPA Leader Serge Sargsyan and deputy head Galust Sahakyan didn’t stand when the whole hall of sittings of the government was applauding Armen Rustamyan’s refusal of his nomination. But the PM’s attitude towards the ARF was obvious later. ARF Bureau member Vahan Hovanisyan said that the legislative package of dual citizenship hasn’t been entered into force yet because the government has not designed the order of usage and only the order acts which don’t allow the RA citizens who are out of the country are not allowed to vote. “Maybe the reason of this decision is that in many countries, for instance in Russia, ARF received a lot of votes.” Serge Sargsyan laughed at this statement very loudly.
