President of Venezuela Hugo Chaves defeated in the referendum which is held by his initiation proposing to make several amendments in the Constitution. In particular, it was proposed to allow Chaves to participate in presidential elections without any limitation, to control the Central Bank by the government, to limit the media freedom if it is necessary. 51 percent of voters were against those amendments. Chaves preferred to admit the results of the referendum and didn\’t make any frauds.
