The former boss sued the company

Former general manager of Dino Gold Mining Company (DGMC) in Kapan Robert Falletta (see the photo) and his wife, former worker at the company Farida Falletta brought a lawsuit to the court of first instance of the Syunik region against Dino Gold Mining Company. Farida Falletta demands 18000 Canadian dollars (without taxes and other payments) from the company for months from January to March 2011 and Robert Falletta demands 52 million Armenian drams. On February 27 we informed that DGMC owner, COO of a Canadian company Dundy Precious Metals (DPM) Richard Howes visited Kapan and on the next day fired general manager of DGMC Robert Falletta.
