Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia reports that charges under part 1 of Article 308 (abuse of official position), part 2 of Article 309 (failure of official position coupled with assault) and Article164 (prevention of journalists professional legal actions) are pressed against citizens D.K and G.A for having committed an apparent crime, including obstructing professional legal activities of the journalists. Detention as a precautionary measure had been adopted against them.
According to the source, in the scope of the criminal investigation into the incident occurred in Sari Tagh neighborhood, criminal proceedings have been launched against four people.
