On 10 February President Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory address to Hero of Artsakh, holder of the “Golden Eagle” order, writer, publicist Zori Balayan on his 85^th birthday anniversary.

The address runs as follows:

“Respected Mr. Balayan,
