The vote on whether or not to strip the head of Prosperous Armenia, Gagik Tsarukyan, of his parliamentary immunity, was closed and secret. Eighty-seven deputies participated in the vote, but Prosperous Armenia and Bright Armenia did not participate.
All 87 ballots were valid and they all were in favor.
Only Sasun Mikayelyan did not participate in the vote from the My Step faction. According to the head of the faction, Lilit Makunts, Mikayelyan was not feeling well.
Currently, the Prosecutor General’s intermediation about arresting Gagik Tsarukyan is being discussed.
