On March 14, at 21:57 an emergency call was received to Lori regional crisis management center that a car accident had occurred at the crossroad of Lori Berd and Lejan villages: there was a blocked citizen in the car.
One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MES of RA dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that “Toyota Camry” (driver A. V. born in 1998) car ran off the roadway and rolled over about 20 meters upside down and appeared in the field.
Before the rescuers arrived at the scene the passengers V. M. (born in 1999), D. P. (born in 2000) and N. P. (born in 1996) were taken out of the car by the local forces and removed to the medical center of Stepanavan town, where doctors assessed N. P.’s condition as serious but stable, the others condition as satisfactory.

The rescuers took the driver out of the car and approached to the ambulance, who died on the way to the hospital.
