“During an interview recently, the head of the enemy state called the military operations he unleashed a ‘war for freedom.’ With this, he admitted that Azerbaijan had started the war. This is important for the international community,” Hayk Mamijanyan, deputy of the I Have Honor alliance, stated on Tuesday at the special session of the National Assembly.
According to him, “Armenia is the guarantor of Artsakh’s security, and Azerbaijan has no right to stick its nose into the relations between Armenia and its strategic partner. Speaking about armaments, he questioned why Russia should support us in that issue, but let me remind you that he started the arms race in the region.” Hayk Mamijanyan reminded the head of the enemy state that Artsakh will never be part of Azerbaijan.
