65 deputies vote for petition of giving consent to filing public criminal persecution against Mher Sahakyan

At April 12 NA sitting, the Chair of the Counting Commission Narek Babayan informed that the RA Prosecutor General mediated on giving consent to filing public criminal persecution against the deputy Mher Sahakyan.

Secret ballot was held. 65 deputies out 107 NA deputies took part in voting. There were no invalid ballot papers. 65 deputies voted for the petition.

Thus, the National Assembly gave consent to filing public criminal persecution against the deputy of the NA Armenia Faction Mher Sahakyan.

The parliament debated the petition at April 11 sitting.
