The adoption of the d aft is conditioned by the solution of the problems in the legal practice.
The RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Davit Khachatryan said this.
The bill stipulating amendments and addenda to the law on Accumulative Pensions was debated in the first reading at the NA regular sitting.
When the participant covers the shares of his/her by his sectoral legislation in force, after that mechanisms of returning to the pension accumulative system and make payments are not designed. If the participant of accumulative pension has disease designed by the established list of the Government decision, then the latter has an opportunity of completely receiving the financial means existing in the pension account before reaching the retirement age. In the legal practice there are cases, when the person receives the sum, gets treatment, returns to work and again wants to become a participant of pension system. Those mechanisms are not established by legislation in force, which is proposed by the bill.

The data of the employees of the Operative-Intelligence Department of the Anti-Corruption Committee and the Foreign Intelligence Service employees will be observed as an information subject to limited use and will not be participant of accumulated pension system with the next amendment.
The member of the NA Standing Committee on Labor and Social Affairs Lilit Stepanyan presented the endorsement of the Committee. She clarified that the person’s duty for social payment will resume on the basis of the written application presented to the moderator of the participants’ registry. The purpose of the next amendment is to regulate the terms of transferring the financial means existing in the accumulative account on the basis of the heritage certificate to heir of the accumulative system participant. It will be carried out without term restriction.
