President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said on May 29 that he had invited French leader Emmanuel Macron to call Russian President Vladimir Putin and have a “manly” conversation at the meeting, Izvestia reports.
Lukashenko and Macron had a telephone conversation on May 24 at the initiative of the French side.
The French TV channel TF1 reported on May 24 that Macron, in a conversation with Lukashenko, stated the risks for Belarus in the event of the country’s involvement in the Ukrainian conflict.
