Before his expected speech on June 22 at the Parliamentary Assembly of Europe, yesterday RA President Serzh Sargsyan responded to the offer made by the Armenian National Congress to have a dialogue with the government and particularly stated, “If the ANC is only interested in the elections in the whole spectrum of our people’s concerns and problems that exist in our country, then the NA Speaker is ready to personally receive representatives of that political structure and listen to them. If, however, offers are made to improve our economy and to solve the social problems that exist in our country, then the Prime Minister is ready to personally receive and discuss those. If there exist issues that require the interference of the President of the Republic the president’s chief of staff can receive and discuss.” By the way, this large statement was spread in Armenian, English and Russian.
