At 01.30 am June 30 at the crossroads of Garegin Nzhdeh and Sevan streets an argue broke out between the officers of Yerevan traffic police and head of the department of civil acts registration and methodology of the RA Ministry of Justice, lieutenant colonel of justice 36-year-old Artak Ghazaryan. The neighbors who witnessed the incident and did not want to introduce themselves were telling, “Late at night we heard some noise, went out and were watching from far, the gaishniks’ (traffic police officers) cars were standing and some gaishniks were arguing with a young man. There was also a white Honda with 01 êê 055 numbers (see the photo). They were shouting so loudly that their voices were heard from 50 meters.”
