Yesterday seven activists of the Armenian National Congress who clashed with the police on August 9 have made a statement, in which commander of the special unit of Shushi, hero of war Zhirayr Sefilyan was accused of cowardice and obsequiousness. The statement ends in the following words, “We as a member of the big team of the Armenian National Congress are decisive to continue the struggle against all illegalities in the country, and those who choose the way of immoral verbiage and philosophizing from the far instead of doing real work do nothing else, but support the present administration.”
