In response to Aravot’s question whether he would return to politics after he had moved from politics to diplomacy, Avet Adonts, the Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Belgium, said, “My return to politics may be as unexpected for me as my entrance into politics was. I can rule out nothing in this life, particularly, in Armenia, because, nonetheless, we are still in the process of raising the level of political culture, which can be and usually is accompanied by unexpected steps and initiatives. Frankly speaking, I don’t have any plan or intention to return. On the other hand, if I say no now and in a few years, it turns out yes, I will not feel good about it.”
