February 13,2013 09:45

“Guys were pasting posters in the village of Dvin, I was driving up in the car. I suddenly saw the village headman’s car, but the village headman was not in the car; his deputy and an employee of the village administration were in it. They would tear off all the posters, Hrant Bagratyan’s pictures, put them into their trunk. I followed them in my car; they drove away to the village administration,” Henrik Avagyan, the manager of Hrant Bagratyan’s campaign office in Artashat, told about the incident that had happened to the campaign office of the candidate for president. When he went to the village administration to find out why they tore campaign posters, the latter asked whether the village administration had given him permission to paste. “I asked them what permission I needed, we would ask for permission, if we were told so. They said that we had to pay money to get permission to paste Hrant Bagratyan’s pictures in the village.” According to Henrik Avagyan, he inquired what article of the law stipulated that they had to pay, because they had been given a list of places in all Artashat, where they had a right to paste, and they had pasted in the mentioned places. “We haven’t pasted where it is illegal; we don’t violate the law. We have pasted, where it is legal, on the electrical posts, where it is not forbidden. Why do you tear off and take away the pictures?” The manager of Hrant Bagratyan’s campaign office has already reported to the police. The campaign office will calculate the damage they have suffered and inform

in the next few days. It is to be compensated. In the photo, you can see the complaint that has been filed in the police.
