They said that we had to pay money to get permission to paste Hrant Bagratyan’s pictures in the village.” According to Henrik Avagyan, he inquired what article of the law stipulated that they had to pay, because they had been given a list of places in all Artashat, where they had a right to paste, and they had pasted in the mentioned places. “We haven’t pasted where it is illegal; we don’t violate the law. We have pasted, where it is legal, on the electrical posts, where it is not forbidden. Why do you tear off and take away the pictures?” The manager of Hrant Bagratyan’s campaign office has already reported to the police.
