The politician Suren Surenyants was brought a charge. According to the charges brought against him, he, meeting Heghine Sargsyan on July 26, 2012, learned from her that she wants her son, Rafik Sargsyan, to be admitted to the Military Educational Complex named after V. Sargsyan. For the period of July 26 up to September 4, 2012, S. Surenyants, under this pretext, through abuse of trust of H. Sargsyan and deception, has received from her large size of amount in parts, a total of AMD 530,000, and embezzled. In a conversation with Aravot.am, S. Surenyants, in this respect, gave the following explanation: “I do not owe anything to this man, you can call and clarify with them. I do not owe anybody any dram.” In the opinion of S. Surenyants, the case contains a “pure underlying message.” He promised us that he would present the details of an hour.
