The information of Aravot.am on acquisition of “Yerevan” TV company by Artur Baghdasaryan was confirmed by the Rule of Law party Spokesperson Artur Misakyan. He said that “after local negotiations “Yerevan” TV company was acquired by an Armenian-Russian company, whose shareholder is Artur Baghdasaryan.” As to what company it is and who are the other shareholders, Artur Misakyan refrained from details. He only said that the TV company will soon be upgraded with modern equipment, and the professional staff will continue working.
