Artsakh Defense Ministry denies Azerbaijani claims of ceasefire violation by the Artsakh forces, resulting in a damage to a private property in Kapanli village of Tartar district. Earlier the Azerbaijani side alleged the Armenian forces fired 60-mm mortars in the mentioned direction.
The Artsakh Defense Ministry released a statement on Thursday, saying the the Azerbaijani – circulated report does not correspond to reality.
“Moreover, today, at around 12:40-01:15 p.m. the adversary fired 60-mm mortars (4 shells) at military posts located in Martakert direction,” the statement said, adding the Artsakh Defense Army largely refrained from retaliatory measures and continued to confidently carry out the combat guard.
Defense Army reports no losses as a result of Azerbaijani shelling.
