Upon the decision signed by Armenia’s Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan, Hovhannes Nikoghosyan has been appointed prime minister’s spokesman.

“Guided by Part 10 of Article 9 of the Law on “Public Service”, I hereby decide:

To appoint Hovhannes Nikoghosyan Spokesperson of the Prime Minister,” reads the decision.
