Ararat Mirzoyan the first Deputy Prime Minister

DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA ON THE APPOINTMENT OF ARARAT MIRZOYAN AS THE FIRST DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER

 

Under the proposal of the Prime Minister, in accord with Article 150 of the Constitution, to appoint Ararat Mirzoyan as the first Deputy Prime Minister.

Let us remind you that Ararat Mirzoyan was one of the main initiators and coordinators of “For the Sake of Science Development” movement of the young scientists evolved in 2004. He was elected as the member of administration of “Civil Contract” party on October 30, 2016. He gained an undergraduate degree of Bachelor of History at Yerevan State University in 2000, which was succeeded by his degree of Master of History in 2002 at the same university. In 2004 he graduated from the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia. He pursued his Ph.D. at Museum-Institute of the Armenian Genocide at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia in 2005, where he defended his thesis and received the degree. He has was a researcher at the Museum-Institute of the Armenian Genocide at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, worked at the National Archive of the Republic of Armenia and lectured at Yerevan State University.
