The Republic’s first minister of foreign affairs Raffi K. Hovannisian called newly-appointed Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanian to congratulate him on his assumption of office and to wish him and the entire Ministry every success in advancing Armenian diplomacy and the national interest around the world. Mnatsakanian had been one of Hovannisian’s first diplomatic appointments during his tenure in 1991-92.
Previously, the Heritage Party, which was founded by Raffi Hovannisian, had congratulated Nikol Pashinyan on his election as Prime Minister and extended its very best wishes to him and the entire nation.
