The court (presiding judge – Artush Gabrielyan) made a decision to release “Sasna Tsrer” member Artur Soghomonyan from the hall of hearings. The court satisfied the arbitration of the advocates of “Sasna Tsrer” member Artur Soghomonyan, Vaghinak Shushanyan and Anush Mkhitaryan to change the preventative detention.
The inasmuch as “Sasna Tsrer” member Khachatur Gichyan’s advocate was not present, the presiding judge decided to delay the hearing by appointing it at 11:00 a.m., next Thursday.
By addressing Gichyan, Artush Gabrielyan asked – are you not offended, Gichyan? Gichyan replied – your word is a rule. Artush Gabrielyan responded – yes, it is a rule.
Artur Soghomonyan mentioned in response to the journalists’ questions that he had nothing to say at that moment.
