There is a video that shows how gunshots were fired upon citizens during the protests of 2008. Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan announced this in an interview with Lenta.ru.
“There is a video on the internet that shows how machine guns were aimed at the protestors. It’s impossible to describe that. But surprisingly, the investigation does not have that recording, despite the fact that I am convinced they simply did not want to see that video. They are using fake evidence in their previously chosen scheme to blame the people whom they have chosen to blame. I trust that the people who did that will be held responsible according to the law.”
