The Republic and Free Democrat political parties will be participating in the upcoming snap parliamentary elections on December 9th as part of the ‘Menk’ (Us) alliance. President of the Republic party Aram Zaven Sargsyan and President of the Free Democrats party Khachatur Kokobelyan signed an agreement. Aram Sargsyan announced that their forces have fought against the regime together for decades. “We supported the revolution,” Aram Sargsyan said.

According to him, the ‘Menk’ alliance will be an advocate of Western values, but that does not mean that they are against Russian-Armenian activities. According to Aram Sargsyan, they support balancing Armenian foreign policy.
