On November 7, at 13:52 information was received to “911” service that ammunition was noticed in the yard of one of the houses of Byureghavan village of Kotayk Province: rescuers’ help was needed.
A fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department and the engineer squad of the Collective Center of the Civil Defense Forces of the Civil Defense Department of the Rescue Service of MES dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that a grenade of “F-1” type, a fuse and 108 bullets of 7.62 caliber were found in the yard of one of the houses of the 13th street of Aygegortsakan mass of the summer houses of Nurnus village.
The rescuers blocked off the scene. Ammunition was conveyed to the Police.
