EU NEIGHBOURS . On 3 December, a presentation of the new CSO Meter for civil society organisations (CSOs) took place in Brussels.
The CSO Meter is a new tool to monitor and assess the environment in which CSOs operate in the EU’s six Eastern partner countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine).
The CSO Meter was developed by the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ECNL) and its partners from the Eastern partner countries.
The presentation in Brussels included the main findings and recommendations of the country and regional reports developed based on the CSO Meter.
