On December 22, at 16:18 information was received to ”911” service that a citizen was trying to commit a suicide by throwing himself from the hill adjacent to the church in Getargel village of Kotayk Province.
The rescue squad of the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Forces Department, the operative group and the instructor on psychological consultation of the Psychological Support Division of the National Crisis Management Center of the Rescue Service of MES dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that Hrachya H. (born in 1992) had climbed the hill situated near the sand mine of Getargel village and threatened to commit a suicide by throwing himself from the hill.
The instructor on psychological consultation of the Psychological Support Division rendered psychological assistance to the citizen.
