The President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, assured that all Armenian prisoners of war currently in Azerbaijan will return. Arayik Harutyunyan told parents of soldiers missing in action in Armavir, “We will return all prisoners of war, all of them, without exception.” He emphasized that he is unable to give a clear time frame, but they must believe that all prisoners will return. The Armenian side asked Azerbaijan to help them remove the bodies of soldiers found during searches. “We will be taking different steps soon in order for them to be prompt. We asked the Azerbaijanis to tell us where the bodies are located so that we can remove them.”
The relatives of soldiers missing in action surrounded Arayik Harutyunyan. The brother of one of the soldiers said, “The incident took place on October 14th near Karmir Shuka. They bombed the car, and officers escorted the car. The officers escaped without helping. The commander of the 5th battalion in Hadrut, Varuzh, is making it seem as though my brother, Jonik, is missing. We have been working on this for the past 70 days, but we have not received any information. We are asking you to please work on this case.”
Arayik Harutyunyan promised to go to the place where the incident occurred within the next two days, find the car, and attempt to understand what happened. “We have removed all the bodies that were found in that area, but I promise you that we will go back there.”

Personally, I knew Rustam Gasparyan as someone who treated any tragedy in the province as his own. He tried to be the first to help out as much as possible. He treated every bullet fired at the border the same way, and went to the frontline during any skirmish to continue serving the homeland.”
