By 1439-A decision on RA December 28 by the Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Armen Pambukhchyan was appointed First Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations, resigning from the post of Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations.

It should be reminded that Armen Pambukhchyan was appointed Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations on September 24.
