“Particularly over the last 10 days, Azerbaijan has been resorting to various provocations in different directions of the line of contact, both in Artsakh and Armenia. There is a high probability that the explosion of the gas pipeline entering Artsakh from Armenia took place on the initiative of Azerbaijan,” Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the I Have Honor faction, told reporters in the National Assembly on March 9. Azerbaijan does not allow on-site rehabilitation works, as well as on-site works within the framework of certain law enforcement agencies, and there is no final conclusion yet.
But it is very likely that Azerbaijan did it, because the control of the gas pipeline is in the part of the Azerbaijani troops and only they could have done that terrorist act. “Over the last week, we faced aggression from the Azerbaijani side in the Yeraskh section of the Armenian border, as a result of which we have one casualty and one wounded in the village of Khramort in the Askeran region, as well as in the Nor Shen section of the Martuni region.
In the village of Taghavard, Azerbaijan has been carrying out various provocations, starting with gunshots, small artillery shells, as well as psychological attacks, which are manifested through the use of loudspeakers in the direction of Armenian settlements, as well as warning statements.

These statements are based on the idea that you should leave these areas because these are our lands, otherwise sooner or later we will do it by force. Tigran Abrahamyan also emphasized that the Azeri mass media have recently launched a campaign against the commander of the Russian peacekeeping mission, which is not conditioned by the inefficiency of the Russian service. “This is in line with the situation around Ukraine. The Azeri and Turkish media, which operate in harmony, work entirely in line with the logic of anti-Russian propaganda, and the steps that are being taken today are aimed at discrediting the Russian role in Artsakh and the South Caucasus in general. This means that the deeper the crisis over Ukraine, the more noticeable the attacks on Russia will be at different levels.”
