On April 13, the Head of the Civil Contract Faction of the RA National Assembly, the Head of Armenia-USA Friendship Group Hayk Konjoryan with letters addressed to the members of the US House of Representatives, the Co-chairs of the US Congressional Caucus on Armenian Issues Gas Bilirakis, Frank Pallone, David Valadao, as well as the Deputy Chair of the Caucus Adam Schiff.
As Head of Armenia-Greece Friendship Group, Hayk Konjoryan with a letter addressed to the Head of Greece-Armenia Friendship Group Dimitrios Markopoulos. As Chair of the Inter-Parliamentary Committee on Cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the House of Representatives of the Republic of Cyprus, Hayk Konjoryan with a letter addressed his colleague of Cyprus Harris Georgiades.
Hayk Konjoryan presented details about the next provocations and encroachment perpetrated on the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia by the armed forces of Azerbaijan, as well as facts on the Azerbaijanis’ illegalities and criminal actions on April 11.
Hayk Konjoryan called on his colleagues to make all necessary efforts and increase the international pressure towards Azerbaijan to restrain the latter’s aggressive actions and to prevent the possible escalation in our region.
