Alen Simonyan Receives Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to Armenia
On October 23, the RA NA President Alen Simonyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to Armenia Nariman Mohammed Sharif Abdulla Almulla. The NA President congratulated the Ambassador on the assumption of the mission, wishing her a successful activity.
The role of parliamentary diplomacy in advancing the bilateral agenda was discussed at the meeting. Ideas were exchanged on developing guidelines for further cooperation between the two parliaments. In this context, the importance of the activity of inter-parliamentary groups was discussed.
The RA NA President highly appreciated the UAE’s balanced foreign policy at regional and international levels.
