We see that with a 16% increase in the budget, the official expenditures for the Ministry of Defense will increase by only 7%, the allocations in the field of military industry will decrease by one billion, and instead, the increase in the budget for the police will be 18%. more than the overall increase in the state budget, and almost three times more than the allocations for the Ministry of Defense. During the parliamentary briefings held on November 17, referring to the debates of the state budget in the Parliament, the deputy of the RA NA Armenia Faction Artur Khachatryan said. According to him, all the economic calculations have a highly manipulative nature, and any information is presented in such an angle that will make the activity of the Government positive and aimed at the development of the country.
Touching upon the question of Azerbaijan not participating in the meeting at the level of foreign Ministers scheduled for November 20 in Washington, Artur Khachatryan noted that Azerbaijan refuses not only the US mediation negotiations, but also the EU mediation. According to Artur Khachatryan, they ‘took’ what they needed from Armenia on the western platforms: They have nothing to get from those platforms anymore.
